How do I place an order?
Simply browse our catalog, add products to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can pay using credit/debit cards, PayPal, or other available payment methods at checkout.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
We ship from warehouses in the United States and China. Delivery typically takes 5-12 business days depending on your location and the product. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international destinations. Check availability at checkout for your country.
How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@pet.qdhvon.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Are your products safe for pets?

Do your feeders work with all types of pet food?
Our automatic feeders work with most dry kibble sizes (3-15mm). For wet food or unusually large kibble, please check the product specifications.
