We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. ### 30-Day Return Policy You have **30 days** from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging. ### Eligibility Requirements - Item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging - All accessories and manuals must be included - Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required - Pet beds, collars, leashes, and wearable items must be returned unused and unwashed - Electronic items (automatic feeders, water fountains, etc.) must be returned in working condition with all components ### Non-Returnable Items - Opened consumables (pet food, treats, supplements) - Personalized or custom-made items - Gift cards - Items marked as "Final Sale" - Products damaged due to improper use or customer mishandling ### How to Initiate a Return 1.
