### Processing Time
- Orders are processed within **1-2 business days** (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays)
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day
- During peak seasons (Black Friday, Christmas), processing may take 3-5 business days

We offer **FREE Standard International Shipping** on all orders over **$150.00**. No promo code needed — the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
### Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our website or the carrier's tracking portal.
### Shipping Restrictions
- We currently do not ship to PO Boxes for Express Shipping
- Some oversized items (large pet carriers, heavy accessories) may incur additional shipping charges
- Remote or rural areas may have extended delivery times
### Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
### Damaged or Lost Packages
- **Damaged in transit:** Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund
- **Lost packages:** If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe plus 10 business days, contact us at harvenjiang@gmail.com and we will investigate
